Warranty Details
Warranty Transferability
Our material warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners, adding value to your property if you decide to sell. The warranty remains in effect for the original warranty period from the date of installation. Contact us to transfer warranty documentation to a new owner.
Maintenance Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, basic maintenance is required:
- • Keep gutters and drainage clear of debris
- • Inspect and tighten fasteners annually
- • Touch up any scratches or chips in paint finish
- • Remove accumulated debris from roof
- • Ensure proper ventilation is maintained
What's Not Covered
The following are not covered under our warranty:
- • Normal wear and tear
- • Damage from improper use or modifications
- • Acts of God (hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes beyond design specifications)
- • Damage from fire, flood, or vandalism
- • Failure to maintain per recommendations
- • Third-party modifications or additions
